Before you start
- Check that your medication is eligible and non-controlled.
- Have your medication name, dose, allergy list and preferred pharmacy available.
- Contact the practice or enter the secure refill pathway. The $39 fee is for review, not a guaranteed prescription.
- The clinician determines whether a refill, monitoring, referral or in-person assessment is appropriate.
Can I get an online refill in Austin?
An eligible established non-controlled medication can be reviewed by a Texas clinician. Prescribing depends on individual medical assessment.
How much is a review?
Self-pay review is $39. Payment does not guarantee a prescription.
Can I get Soma (carisoprodol)?
No. We do not prescribe controlled substances, including Soma. Please do not pay for this service if you need a controlled medication.
Do you have an Austin office?
No. Care is provided remotely by our Texas-based practice in Fairview, Texas.
Can I book for later?
