How we can help

Contact your established clinician or pharmacist first. If you cannot obtain a timely response, an independent medical review may help identify appropriate next steps. Some prescriptions require lab work, an examination, or specialized follow-up; we cannot promise continuation.

Available to patients physically in Texas. Austin and the I-35 corridor. Care is provided virtually through our Fairview, Texas practice; there is no Austin walk-in office.

Before you start

  1. Check that your medication is eligible and non-controlled.
  2. Have your medication name, dose, allergy list and preferred pharmacy available.
  3. Contact the practice or enter the secure refill pathway. The $39 fee is for review, not a guaranteed prescription.
  4. The clinician determines whether a refill, monitoring, referral or in-person assessment is appropriate.
Do not pay for controlled prescriptions. We do not provide Soma/carisoprodol, opioids, benzodiazepines or stimulant refills. For medical emergencies, call 911.
