Clinical decisions depend on glucose trends, hypoglycemia history, kidney function, weight changes, medication type and follow-up availability. Insulin, injectable therapies, or regimen changes may require more detailed assessment. We do not guarantee refills or initiate GLP-1 therapy through this refill service.
Available to patients physically in Texas. Austin, Leander, Cedar Park and Kyle. Care is provided virtually through our Fairview, Texas practice; there is no Austin walk-in office.
Before you start
- Check that your medication is eligible and non-controlled.
- Have your medication name, dose, allergy list and preferred pharmacy available.
- Contact the practice or enter the secure refill pathway. The $39 fee is for review, not a guaranteed prescription.
- The clinician determines whether a refill, monitoring, referral or in-person assessment is appropriate.
Do not pay for controlled prescriptions. We do not provide Soma/carisoprodol, opioids, benzodiazepines or stimulant refills. For medical emergencies, call 911.
