Student-friendly, discreet telehealth from your own space
UT Austin, ACC, St. Edward’s, Huston-Tillotson and other Central Texas students can request a confidential appointment from an apartment, dorm or home. Text our Spruce text-only line at 936-297-6665 to request help arranging care. Avoid putting sensitive sexual-health details or lab reports into an initial text; follow the practice’s secure intake instructions.
Virtual clinical consultation does not always mean fully home-based testing: some STI tests require specimen collection at a CPL location or an in-person examination.
STI testing based on your exposure and symptoms
We can evaluate questions about chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, syphilis, HIV, herpes, hepatitis and other sexual-health concerns. Depending on symptoms and exposure sites, a clinician may recommend urine, vaginal, throat or rectal tests, blood tests, or in-person evaluation. The advertised 10-panel package may not include every site-specific test. A positive result may require additional counseling or testing, and some conditions require injectable treatment.
For possible HIV exposure within 72 hours, seek urgent PEP evaluation. Serious pelvic or testicular pain, significant fever or pregnancy-related concerns need in-person care.
CPL Labs around Austin — find a nearby draw station
We work with Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) for ordered testing. You can start your medical consultation at home, then visit a convenient CPL location if a urine, swab or blood specimen is needed. Confirm each site’s operating hours, required orders, specimen services and accepted payments before visiting.

Transparent STI laboratory prices
Our stated self-pay CPL laboratory pricing is listed below. Confirm the selected tests, collection location, and current total before proceeding; lab fees are separate from the $39 telehealth clinical review.
| Test | Price |
|---|---|
| Urine gonorrhea + chlamydia (GC/CT) | $65 |
| Trichomonas | $35 |
| 10-panel STI screening bundle | $145 |
| HIV-1/2 | $40 |
| HSV-1 | $35 |
| HSV-2 | $35 |
| Hepatitis A | $25 |
| Hepatitis B | $25 |
| Hepatitis C | $25 |
| Syphilis | $40 |
The 10-panel bundle is an alternative bundled offering, not the sum of the individual tests. Ask which infections and specimen types the bundle includes; targeted throat/rectal tests and HIV RNA or PrEP monitoring may cost extra.
Prescription sent to the pharmacy you choose
After reviewing your symptoms, medical history, examination needs and indicated testing, the clinician may send an appropriate prescription electronically or call it in to your preferred licensed Texas pharmacy. Treatment and prescriptions are never guaranteed, and some infections require in-person evaluation or other treatment rather than a routine pharmacy prescription.
