We coordinate clinically appropriate testing using CPL Labs locations serving the Austin area. Find CPL Labs near you on Google Maps. Confirm current location, hours, test availability and whether an order is needed before travel. Do not assume collection at home; urine, swab or blood collection may be required.

What happens after the test?
Your clinician reviews results and the clinical history. If treatment is appropriate, a prescription may be sent electronically to the Texas pharmacy you choose. Some conditions need in-person examination or different testing. A prescription is not guaranteed.
PrEP continuity and STI screening
Already on Truvada, generic FTC/TDF or Descovy? See our PrEP refill guide. Your existing laboratory reports may be reviewed; updated HIV testing and other monitoring are needed when due.
Start privately: text our Spruce line 936-297-6665 to arrange secure intake. If HIV exposure occurred within the last 72 hours, seek urgent PEP assessment rather than waiting for routine testing.
